Sledding

I went sledding today for the first time. Here is a video of me going down the hill with Daddy. Notice how I cry after I say "please" and sign for more. I am hoping I get to go down again!

Snow Play!

I have been having such a good time with all this recent snow!! Yesterday, Mommy and GranJan bundled me up to head out with Daddy and Poppy. They were working hard shoveling and I wanted to go check it out. I'm not too sure about these giant gloves.
I'm off! Good thing Daddy and Poppy shoveled the sidewalk!

Wow - I've never seen so much snow before!

Mommy came out to play with me too!
Daddy wrestled me in the snow!
Today I got to go sledding for the very first time! Here's an action shot of me, Daddy and Mommy going down the hill by our house. I wasn't quite sure what to think the very first time we went down the hill, but then when I realized how fun it was, I kept wanting to go over and over. Our sled went really fast and really far! Wintertime is so much fun!

Merry Christmas

I wish all my friends and family a very Merry Christmas!

White Christmas!

Merry Christmas! It's a White Christmas here in Kansas City! I went out in my boots to watch Daddy and Poppy shovel. They worked really hard shoveling the driveway and sidewalks!
The snow drifts were up to my chest! We got about 10 inches.

My new lawn mower from Santa! I love to say "mower"!

Grandma K got me lots of cute big boy clothes!

Grandma gave me this book, which was Daddy's favorite when he was a little boy. It's a scratch n' sniff Christmas book.

My new big wheels!

Love you GranJan and Poppy! It's so fun spending Christmas with you!

Rum, pum, pum, I like to drum!

Santa also brought me a new activity table to play legos on and trains. I hope you had a Merry Christmas!

Florida Vacation

Here I am in the KC airport ready for our trip to Florida. I was excited to get out of the snow!
Mommy, Daddy, Grandma and I went to the Clearwater Aquarium. I loved watching the dolphin show! I also got to see a dolphin without a tail- named Winter.

Here I am running on the beach.

I love my Mommy!
Here is Mommy and Daddy with my baby cousin Benjamin. It was a very special day for him- his Baptism Day.

I got to eat all of Grandpa's cake at the Baptism party! All I had to do is look up and say "Please, Please". Boy do I have Grandpa wrapped around my finger!

Daddy and I got to look at the boats at the Dunedin Marina. Then I danced for some people on the Pinellas Trail.

Here I am with my Auntie Donna, Uncle Mike and cousin Benjamin. I liked giving my little cousin kisses. I also learned how to say "Donna".
Chillin on Clearwater Beach!

Is throwing sand allowed?
Daddy and I got to go in the water.
I sure had fun playing in the sand.
We celebrated Christmas early with Grandma and Grandpa. Grandpa sure does make funny faces!

Jingle Bells!

We had a very fun weekend with lots of holiday activities! We went to a Breakfast with Santa on Saturday. Daddy cooked breakfast with his Kiwanis club. Here I am with Mommy in front of the pretty tree.
I got to sit on Santa's lap and didn't mind it too much. Mommy was shocked I didn't cry! I didn't want to sit there too long, but I stayed just long enough to get a candy cane, then bolted.

Here I am back in the kitchen helping Daddy make the pancakes for everybody!
I am REALLY into big person shoes. I love putting on my Daddy's shoes and I love boots! These are my Mommy's boots. I thought they were pretty fun to walk in. They almost came up to my tummy!
I am such a ham! I love to be silly!
Mommy, Daddy and I went to a Christmas sweater party at Reid's house. Everyone was supposed to wear funny Christmas sweaters. I pulled out a vintage reindeer outfit that my Great Grandma Johnson made for Uncle Chris when he was little. Isn't it cute? It has a jingle bell on it that was pretty fun. I didn't stay in it long because Mommy didn't want me to spill on it. I don't know if it can be washed since the eyes are glued on and there is a jingle bell.
See, I'm already in my jammies at Reid's house. I had a great time lounging in his chair.
Mommy and Daddy had some really silly sweaters, huh?
Here's Reid and his Mommy.
Here's all the mommies and their boys at the sweater party, except Daddy accidentally cut out Reid and Jennifer. Hopefully someone else has a pic with everyone in it.
Today my 2nd cousin, Jack, and his parents came over. We had a great time til I got tired and had to go down for a nap. What a fun weekend!

Turkey Day in T-town

We had the BEST time in Topeka over Thanksgiving weekend. Before we left town, I was playing with my race track in my turkey day shirt from Grandma K.
Is it time to go to GranJan and Poppy's now?
One of my favorite things to do this weekend was give kisses to my baby cousin Connor!
Uncle Chris took both doggies for walks. They like to play but Murphy gets a little scared because Cali is so much bigger than him.
Poppy, Poppy, Poppy... everyone heard that a LOT of that over the weekend from me. You are my hero, Poppy.
Thanksgiving feast! Even though this was my 2nd Thanksgiving, this is the first one where I truly got to enjoy the big feast that GranJan made. She is the best cook in the whole world!!
I shared my jumbo turkey leg with GranJan. You make me laugh, GranJan!
No Thanksgiving is complete without playing a little football!
I love looking at you and giving you kisses, baby cousin Connor! I can't wait til you can play football with me! You are the best baby in the world. You NEVER cry!
Connor and I took a walk together. I rode in the wagon and Connor was in his stroller.

Our little family.
Our bigger family. Me, Poppy, GranJan, Connor, Daddy, Mommy, Uncle Chris and Auntie Jess. I do NOT like posing for pictures, so Daddy set the timer on the camera while I was playing football with Poppy. Then when Daddy said "GO"... Poppy had to run over with me to jump in the picture. We made it just in time!!

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I am blessed and thankful for all of my wonderful family and friends.
