Little Turkeys

Max and I are making funny faces - I think Max is trying to make the same face as me!
Max had his first real bath on Tuesday night! He cried, but then he liked getting all cuddly in his new "Max" towel from the Ayres Family.

I call this my "funny hat."
GG's friend, Susan, got me this stomp rocket. Mommy and Daddy say, "Thank you, Susan!" It has provided hours of entertainment, both in the house and outside!
CHEESE!!!
Here's my little brother, Max, on his first Thanksgiving! Isn't this outfit from Brett and Alyssa so cute?
Gobble, Gobble - Happy Turkey Day!
Mommy and her boys cuddling on the couch.
I loved getting to eat in the dining room! I had about 4 helpings of mashed potatoes and gravy, that was my very favorite!
"I love you, little brother!" Max is liking his activity mat and can reach the little birdie already!
Max likes the swing... sometimes. We both prefer bouncing on the ball, though!!

Brotherly Love

Cuddling with my little brother, Max, is one of my favorite things to do. I say lots, "I want to hold Baby Max." and "I love you, little baby."
I like to burp Max too.

Kisses for my little brother.

I've been spending a lot of time on the couch with my broken leg. My favorite show is Wiggles and I like to play the guitar and sing while watching. Mommy and I love the "Shimmy" song!
I've been getting spoiled with my broken leg - 2 suckers at once, now that's the best!
Baby Max was one week old on Tuesday.
Baby Max is cuddling in Mommy and Daddy's bed.
Max was crying and I said, "Should we give him his pacifier?" I know just what to do when my baby brother cries.
Mommy and I did a project together, we made a sand timer. This was the first day I actually sat in the kitchen at my picnic table, 4 days after I broke my leg. I'm still not able to walk yet, but I'm crawling a little bit now.
We've had lots of fun with Poppy the last couple days. He came to hang out with Max and me!

My Broken Leg

I broke my leg on Sunday. I fell out of one of our kitchen chairs while Max was having his photo shoot at our house. I was done with my pictures and Poppy had promised me Dairy Queen if I was a good boy during pictures. We got home from DQ and I was eating ice cream at the table, sitting in a big chair and fell. I have been such a brave boy, though! I got a purple K-State cast today. When I got home from the doctor's office, I just wanted to hold my baby brother and cuddle. He made me feel better.
I love you baby brother, Max!

I am starting to feel a little bit better, but I still can't move my leg or put any weight on it. Mommy, Daddy, GG and Poppy are spoiling me and I've been getting lots of special treats!

Max's First Bath

GG gave Max his first bath at home on Friday, his 3rd day of life!

Max had his first dr. appointment with Dr. Slaymaker on Saturday, his 4th day of life. He weighed 8 lbs. 8 oz., which was up an ounce from when he left the hospital!

My Baby Max is Home!

My brother, Max, got to come home from the hospital yesterday (Thursday, November 11.) Getting ready to leave the hospital, Max was tired today.
Daddy, GG, Max and Mommy... I was waiting at home for them with Poppy.

Max gets to use my carseat that I had when I was a baby.

I wanted to wear my big brother shirt and duckie slippers when Max came home.
Poppy loves to cuddle on the couch with Max like he did with me when I was a baby.

Does my little brother, Max, look like me? This is the picture from my baby book.

We love you little baby! I can't wait for you to come home today!

Halloween!!

Reid, me and Cooper - Cooper gave us these fun pumpkin straws that made noises like a whistle!
Pumpkin painting turned into body painting - good thing Mommy took off my clothes first!

Trick or treating at the Beyers!
Connor and I - a house divided! Future K-State and KU football players... not if our mommies can help it!
