Cereal!

I got my first taste of solid foods last night - brown rice cereal! Yum yum! I wasn't quite sure what to think at first. It felt funny on my tongue. However, I think I kind of liked it and I especially liked putting the spoon in my mouth.

Eating solid foods is messy!

My 1st Valentine's Day

My two Valentines - my Mommy and my Daddy! We went to Pizza 51 tonight to celebrate Valentine's Day. It's Mommy and Daddy's favorite pizza place that they've been going to since they first got married. I was a good boy and sat in my car seat the entire time at dinner and was happy. We went to Baskin Robbins afterward. I can't wait til I can have pizza and ice cream too!

Florida Fun Part 1!!

Here I am in my beach chair that Auntie Donna and Uncle Mike gave me. I don't know what to think of my shades, but I'm ready for the beach with my teddy!

Arrr, matey! Mommy and Daddy went to the annual Gasparilla parade in Tampa and they brought me back this pirate patch and beads.

I got to go on a walk with Grandma and Grandpa and then another one with Mommy and Daddy. I'm glad I had my hat because it was bright and sunny!

Here's me with my Grandma and Grandpa K. They spoiled me a LOT while I was in Florida. I miss them already!

Florida Fun Part 2!!

Here I am with Mommy and Daddy in front of Grandma and Grandpa K's house. We were getting ready to go to the beach to have some family photos taken.

This is Daddy and Auntie Donna's carriage when they were babies. It's a vintage Peg Perego. It looks like it's never been used. Grandma kept it in tip top condition. It also doubled as the carseat if you can believe that. This little guy I'm holding was also Daddy's toy when he was little.

Here's me and Mommy at the beach. The sand was so soft and the water was very pretty. It was too cold to swim, but hopefully next time!

Here's Daddy and me on the plane ride home. It hurt my ears when we went up and down, but otherwise, I enjoyed the ride! I liked looking out the window when we landed.

My International Friends

Before the holidays, I had some very special visitors. This is me with my Aussie friend, Phil. He and his parents came to visit me all the way from down under! Phil's mom was an exchange student and friends with my GranJan in high school!

Here is my buddy, Nina, from Sweden! She and Axel came to visit me too! I LOVE this teddy bear that they brought me. He is so soft and I like to snuggle with him. Nina is my Mommy's really good friend that she met when she studied in France in college. Mommy loves her Swedish friends so much!

This is Axel and Nina with me and my brother, Murphy. We had so much fun hanging out. Nina and Axel would take me and Murphy on walks. Mommy almost let them take Murphy back to Sweden with them!
