Savoring Summer...

Who wants the ball? I do, I do!! Reid and I had a fun picnic together with our parents.

I decided to practice my wrestling moves on Reid. I'm sorry, Reid. I was just playing, although it looks like I'm being really tough in this picture.

Reid came over the other day to play. He took a nap in my crib. Mommy put me and Murphy in the crib when Reid woke up. We were playing with all of Reid's blankies.

Celebrating My 1st Birthday a Bit Early

Even though my birthday isn't until the 22nd, I had some of my buddies over for a "birthday playdate" today. We celebrated by playing and eating cupcakes.

I LOVE SWEETS! I devoured my cupcake and loved every bit of it!

I can't wait for my actual birthday, hopefully I will get more cake then!

Fun Times at Home

Watch me WALK!

I started walking today!! Mommy and Daddy seem to be really excited! I first took 15 steps to Mommy in the kitchen. She wasn't even trying to get me to walk. I just surprised her by taking several steps to her while we were playing on the floor with all my kitchen utensils and containers. Then once I figured out I could do it, I started doing even more walking around the house. Poppy also got to see me walk today because he stopped by for a visit. It's going to be great being able to get around on my two feet instead of crawling everywhere! I can't wait to show everyone my new mode of transportation!

Picnic in the Park

Today, I went to Loose Park with Mommy and Daddy for a picnic. Daddy had the whole day off to play with us! We had a great time. It was a hot day, but we found a nice, shady spot by the duck pond for our picnic. Mommy was laughing at this picture of Daddy and me drinking our drinks because she thinks we have the exact same expression on our faces. Like father, like son!
