My Baby Can Read!

Here I am reading some bedtime stories. And Mommy thought Daddy was crazy when he bought the "My Baby Can Read" DVD off an info-mercial! (He didn't really buy the DVD.)

Max's Baptism

Max has been having lots of blowouts lately. This is after one such incident. Mommy and Daddy had to go out and buy size 3 diapers before his baptism because they were worried about his white outfit!

Max doesn't think it's funny anymore! He wants a fresh diapie and some clothes.

Max is 4 months!

My baby brother is 4 months old now! He is wearing my old outfit. At his 4 month appointment, he weighed 14 lbs 14.2 oz, was 26 inches and head was 16 3/4 inches. He got a shot and the nurse said, "He didn't even flinch!" He was a brave baby boy and got a Tweety Bird band-aid.

Here's me when I was 4 months old! I was 6 oz less than my brother at this age and only 1/8 of an inch shorter and we had the same size head!

We went to Xavier's house for brunch last weekend. While our parents were still in the kitchen talking, Xavier and I crawled into his dog's kennel. We thought it was so funny and so did our parents!

I still like crawling into my toy basket and I'm really into flashlights lately!

Special Projects

I LOVE doing special projects with my mommy! Here are some caterpillars we made out of egg crates. I colored mine all by myself and put the legs on him. I didn't want any antennas on mine, though.

Here's another special project we did - we made sun catchers, it looks so pretty in the window!

I like to get in Max's bassinet with him. It's a tight squeeze. This weekend we are moving my crib into Max's room, I'm done with it now that I'm in my big boy bed! I'm going to be a good big brother and let baby Max have the crib!

Baby Max loves kisses! He is starting to talk so much! He loves hearing the sound of his voice, so he makes really loud noises. He is also starting to sleep much better at night. He sleeps about 11 hours, but wakes up once in between to eat - a HUGE improvement from getting up every couple hours like he had been doing!
