My New Play Set!

Taking a break and playing in the sprinklers - it's been really hot here already! It seems official that summer has begun! Grandma Koshlap is visiting from Florida. We are having fun together! GG and Poppy came over for dinner one night last week. I loved getting to spend time with everyone!

Our dear friends, The Beyers Family, came over to help us with the playset. Matthew and Daddy worked hard for 2 days/nights to get it put up. Here they are in the beginning stages.

Shelby and Wesley kept me entertained and played with me lots. They helped give me baths and put me to bed 2 nights in a row - I love hanging out with them!

It's dark, but they were determined to finish last Saturday night. So, on my 21 month birthday, my new playset was complete!

I got to enjoy it the next day! Eating my FAVORITE snack - fruit snacks! Sitting at the little counter by the playhouse.

I can go up the ladder all by myself! I am so proud of my new playset, whenever the neighbors come over to play on it, I say "Daddy built it, Daddy built it!" Thanks for working so hard on my playset, Daddy. I love you!

Music Class, Mother's Day & More

Here's Mommy and me at our last music class of the semester. We've been taking music class since I was just 5 months old. We are taking a break this summer and will start up again in the fall.

Here's my first/only so far/favorite teacher in the whole world - Miss Trilla, my music class teacher!

One morning, Mommy and Daddy came to get me up in the morning and I had lined up all of my animals in the corner. Mommy and Daddy could hear and see me on the monitor talking to my animals before they came to get me. Lately, while laying in bed, I like to rock "Moo Moo" in my arms and sing "Rock-A-Bye Baby." Mommy and Daddy think it is the sweetest thing.

Catching Up

I haven't posted pictures for a while, so here are a few from the last few weeks. Maya and Nolan came over to hang out a couple weeks ago. We had fun eating pizza and playing! Unfortunately that week, I got my second double ear infection. :( I had a really high fever (as high as 104) for 3 days in a row. I'm on my last day of medicine now and feeling much better!

Last weekend, I got to go play at the Beyers' house for a while. They made me a driveway mural before I got there. It said, "Welcome Coley Bug, We Love You!" They always make me feel so special every time I come over! Here's me with the whole Beyers clan!

When Mommy came to pick me up I was cuddling in Sally's lap. I stayed there for about an hour - the longest I've sat with anyone for a while!

I helped Daddy plant our first garden! We are trying to grow tomatoes, peppers, jalapenos and herbs. I'll let you know how they turn out!

My buddy, Xavier, came over to play last weekend and we enjoyed the beautiful day! He really liked my mower. Here he is with his mommy, Natalie.

We also got to hang out with Connor last weekend. It's our bedtime, but we are still up playing!

I love my "Murph-me"! I love chasing him and trying to give him kisses, but he's so quick, he gets away from me often. I also really like to feed him my food, especially if it's something I don't want to eat!

I learned how to say my last name. Daddy said that was really good because most of his patients don't even know how to say it!

Our Big Announcement!

I'M GOING TO BE A BIG BROTHER!!! Mommy is due November 10, 2010. I don't really understand what being a big brother means, but I will find out soon enough! Right now I just point to Mommy's tummy and say "Not yet!"

Fun with Friends

Here are some fun times from the last week or so. I had a great time playing with my buddy, Reid, last weekend in his backyard! Our mommies pushed us in our cars!

Hugging Cousin Connor. We got together to celebrate Uncle Chris' birthday. I told him, "Happy Birthday, Uncle Chris" and also sang Happy Birthday!

I got to meet my friend, Allison, who lives in Chicago. We played some hoops together! She lives in Chicago. She was born the same day as my cousin, Connor.

We hung out with Connor while Auntie and Uncle went house hunting. Connor was so happy and such a sweet boy! We didn't get to play much together, though, because we both napped.

Easter Weekend
