More Snow, GG's 60th and School Egg Hunt

 On Sunday we got about 8 more inches of snow... just as all the other stuff had finally melted.  It was fun to have one last time to play in the snow for the year, though.  Daddy and I spent a lot of time out there shoveling and making a snow mountain!

 Max came out for just a little bit to sit on the snow mountain with me, but he didn't stay out too long.

 Luckily, GG and Poppy were able to make it over for GG's 60th birthday celebration!  Max and I made her a couple special gifts, dish towels that we colored and a photo cube.

 After GG, Auntie and Mommy had an afternoon at the spa to celebrate GG, we went over to Connor and Grayson's to continue the celebration.  Us boys presented GG with a special "box of letters" from all of GG's friends and family.  She was very surprised and loved it!

 Wish we had gotten a better picture of GG with all her boys.  We just love her so much and enjoyed the special celebration with her!

 On Tuesday, we had our Easter egg hunt and party at school!  This is my teacher, Mrs. M.  She is awesome!  Because of all the snow outside, we had the egg hunt in the cafeteria.

Spring Break

It's been a fun spring break!  Despite the bitter cold, we had lots of fun with indoor activities!

Art club at Reid and Emma's house... we painted pots and planted seeds!

 

This is the "Rocketship Indian Easter Express" that Max and I made.  We were so proud to show Daddy when he got home from work!

We went to Kaleidoscope with our buddies Cooper, Reid, Noah, (Emma, Maya and Nolan, not pictured).  We had never been before.  It was so fun, they had all kinds of arts and crafts that we could make!

The puzzle machine was a favorite... you color on a piece of cardboard and then they put it through the puzzle machine that cuts it into a puzzle for you!

 

Wednesday we went to a puppet show, it was Mother Goose Nursery Rhymes.

Max's favorite was Itsy Bitsy Spider.  He wanted to get a picture with the spider

Today we went to Emma's birthday party at My Gym and had a great time.

Cole Tells a Bedtime Story

Since I was 2 years old, Mommy and Daddy have been telling me a story every night before bed after reading books.  I have always liked the stories to be "scary."  After a good 2 years of telling stories every night, Mommy and Daddy are starting to run out of ideas.  So they decided to have Max and me tell the stories before bed now.  We are getting pretty good at it!

New Adventures

Last week we got to go to a new place with my friend from school, Jack.  It's called Coco Key.  It's an indoor waterpark.  We had SUCH a blast!!  (The mommies said it wore them out, but us boys wished we could go again the next day!)  Maxy did great with this little life jacket and loved being in the water.

 We did these slides about a hundred times.  We also loved the lazy river (which we didn't get pics of).

 Sweet little Max just kind of hung out in the pool.  He did the slide a couple times, though!

 On Friday, we met our friends, Maya and Nolan at the marble factory.  When we went last year, Max wasn't old enough to get his own tube of marbles.  This year he was able to pick out his own marbles and was SO happy about it!  He kept saying, "I get my own marbles!"

 It's cool how all the marbles have fun names.

 The latest dress-up costume is my "caveman costume."  GG and Mommy took Connor and me to a caveman movie yesterday, The Croods, so I asked Mommy to make me a caveman costume when we got home.  Max opted for the cowboy costume today!

Here's the Easter tree we decorated.  These are GG's wooden ornaments that she let us have.  This was Mommy's favorite decoration when she was little.  We had so much fun decorating the Easter tree for the first time this year!

Jesus loves me all the time

Max learned this song at "class".  Mommy joined a mom's group recently and she and Max go while I'm at school.  Max gets to play with other 2 year olds and they get to have music class too.  He learned this song and came home singing it for the rest of the day.  He taught it to Mommy and me too!
