We got to go on vacation this past week to Florida to visit my Grandma, Grandpa, Auntie Donna, Uncle Mike and Cousin Ben! It was Max's first time on an airplane. We were sooo, sooo excited! We had a countdown to Florida and had been crossing off the days leading up to our vacation!
Here we are waiting at the gate as our airplane pulls up!

Max and I liked being by the window to look out at everything that looked so small as we took off and got higher and higher! Mommy and Daddy said they were worn out after the plane ride. Max is a busy little guy and wanted to climb and move about the entire flight! We tried many activities, but none kept him busy too long. The best trick was a sucker, that was our longest time of stillness... about 10 minutes. It didn't help that the seatbelt sign was on the entire time, so they couldn't get Max up to walk him down the aisles at all.
As soon as we got to Grandma and Grandpa's, I found the Lincoln Logs and immediately wanted to start building with Grandpa!
I liked for Grandma and Grandpa to read me stories and tell me a story each night. My favorite story was one that Grandma told about a "Purple People Eater" that bit her toe!
